Refund policy
Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind).
We fix our mistakes—no fuss.
We’ll replace or refund if:

Item is defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or the wrong item arrived.
How to file a claim

Email help@harbourandfinch.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for lost parcels).

Include order number and clear photos of the issue + packaging label.

Don’t return anything to the sender unless we provide an RMA—our print partners can’t process ad-hoc returns.
Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (domestic) or 21+ days (intl), contact us—we’ll investigate and replace or refund.
Cancellations & changes

We can edit/cancel until production starts (often within a few hours). Message us ASAP; once in production, changes aren’t possible.
Color & placement variance

Small variations in color/placement can occur with print-on-demand. We keep line weights and margins within safe tolerances; if something looks off, we’ll make it right.
