Delivery

Every print is made to order. Printing usually takes 3–6 working days, then it ships from a print studio near you.

• UK Standard (Evri): about 4–5 working days, £4.59
• US Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): about 4–5 working days, £3.54

Prints ship unframed, rolled in a sturdy tube. You'll get a tracking link when yours leaves the printer.

Something wrong?

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, email support@harbourandfinch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free reprint or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.

Changed your mind?

Prints are made to order, so we don't take change-of-mind returns, except where the law gives you that right. UK customers can cancel a print without personalisation within 14 days of delivery. Personalised prints can't be cancelled once ordered.
